Noticeable part was the touch screen controller that fits on the magnetic 5point base and I was first thinking how to attach it but to mention that it only fits the right way in right direction. There are two extra straps in case the parent strap doesn't fit on the leg, then it can be attached to make the strap longer to fit around. Easy to use and looks like it is durable. Don't know yet how long the battery will last as a whole life of it but on a single charge, it spends enough time that I feel I am done with it. Overall it helps.

I've tried tons of different therapeutic devices for knees, back, neck, you name it. I've been dealing with pain, tightness, inflammation and weakness throughout my body my entire adult life. When I find a product that improves any of that and is easy to use, I call it a win. This knee massager with heat is such a win. I've had multiple surgeries on my left knee and have been left with an arthritic joint that gets very stiff and achy. One session with this device and the pain levels decrease and the knee joint loosens up, improving my mobility. The multiple vibration modes help to tailor the experience to my needs. The heating feature could be better in my opinion. I'm not sure that it needs to be hotter but it just doesn't seem to really penetrate. For really good heat therapy I think the best is still a moist heat wrap or compress of some kind, of which I have several (always searching for something that works a little better). Despite the less than stellar heat therapy this is still an excellent therapy device that I'm sure will see a lot of use. Oh, and I love the fact that it's cordless and I don't need to be tethered to an electrical outlet while using it.
